From her documents to her file check
The real Crestwell app, with made-up clients. Nothing you press changes the app or sends a message. What the app reads and drafts here is written in advance, and the demo skips the waits and some clicks.
Around three hours of admin back on a typical case
The whole write-up, not the retyping alone: the fact find, the file note, the suitability letter and chasing documents.
10× faster than typing it up
It reads passports, payslips and bank statements, and maps what they hold into the fact find's sections.
Every field traceable back to its source
A transcript quote with its timestamp wherever the transcript supports it, and the document an answer was read from, wherever one was recorded.
Nothing commits without you
You review and approve every value: accept, reject or edit. Never an automated decision.
Drafted for your review
A six-section file note and a suitability letter, drafted from the fact find for you to read, edit and finalise.
Pick the job you want to see
Most follow Priya Shah's case; the rest are the firm's other clients. Each one stands on its own, so take them in any order.

The highlights
11 stepsHer fact find, where an answer came from, her letter, her file check and her case.
Get the file in
The client, her meeting and her documents, into one file.
Create a client
4 stepsAdd a client from the overview. Only her name is required, and adding her opens her case.
Run a meeting
7 stepsRecord a meeting once the client has agreed to it, link it to the client, and it is ready to review.
File the documents
5 stepsFile Priya's six documents: each is read for what it is and whose it is, and the adviser confirms before it is filed.
Advise
Her fact find, read from her documents, and the suitability letter drafted from it.
Run a fact find
8 stepsStart a fact find from a client's name and documents, see where an answer was read from, then confirm every page. It is finished once the client signs.
Draft the suitability letter
3 stepsEnter the product the adviser recommends and draft the suitability letter from the fact find, ready to read and edit.
Stay compliant
Her file against the FCA file list, her file note and her Consumer Duty review.
Check the file
6 stepsCheck Priya's file against the FCA file list: what is in it, what is not yet, and whether every document names her.
File note and Consumer Duty
8 stepsDraft Priya's file note from her fact find and finalise it, then run her Consumer Duty review and record the adviser's own assessment.
Run the book
Client messages, tasks and the diary, her whole case, remortgages, reminders and commission.
Reply to a client
3 stepsAnswer Priya's question about her agreement in principle, in her client portal.
Tasks and the calendar
7 stepsMark Priya's task done, then book her in to go through the recommendation.
See the case
2 stepsHer case page with the work joined up, then every step of the case in order, with what comes next.
Catch a remortgage
3 stepsSee whose rate ends next, confirm the date, and draft a rate review email that waits for the adviser to send.
Switch on a reminder
4 stepsSwitch on a follow-up email and see whom it will draft for. Nothing is sent without the adviser's approval.
Commission and reports
5 stepsSee the firm's figures and commission over time, then chase a late proc fee from the adviser's own email.
What you are looking at
The real app
Every screen is the Crestwell app itself, recorded from the running software rather than drawn for the page.
Made-up clients
Priya Shah, the firm's other clients and everything about them are example data, down to their documents and lenders. No real person's details are in the demo.
The waits are skipped
Where the app would read documents, transcribe a meeting, or draft a letter, a file note or a review, the demo skips ahead, and the words under it say what happens there on a live case. It does not show how long the real thing takes.
Nothing changes in the app
Pressing anything here changes nothing in the app: no meeting is recorded, and nothing is read, drafted or sent. The transcript, the answers, the letter, the note and the review are examples.
